Question about
The fact that it gets to the Apple Logo means that this is most likely NOT a hardware problem, and something has gone wrong with the software (iOS) on your iPhone
If your iPhone's iOS has become corrupted, you can put the phone into recovery mode by holding both home and the power button until it comes up with the "Connect to iTunes" Screen, at this point, you can connect the iPhone to your computer and iTunes should prompt you to restore it to factory state. Once this completes, iTunes should ask you what to do with this 'new' iPhone, so just have it restore it from a backup it made of your iPhone before it failed.
Alternately, goto the genius bar at an Apple Store, and the staff there should be able to help you restore your iPhone to a working state.
Good Luck

What happens when you plug it in to your computers? What does it say in iTunes? You probably need to restore it, so hopefully you have a recent backup.
Maybe you have a tethered jailbreak on it? In that case you'll need to plug it in to your computer to turn it on.
