Question about
Why is it that Samsung launches its phones in such short intervals?
They don't even think about the other value of there old phones...so some don't even patronize this brand do too fast value loss of there product!

No clue but if i had to make it guess i would say that each division of Samsung is run separately and differently.
the more phones they sell the more money the make and to sell more they need a more diverse selection than just one. Just because Apple can make 1 top mode and 1 or 2 lower models (Which are just the previous versions) work doesn't mean every one can.
Also Also their customers in the US at least is not us its the carriers and the carriers i am sure want you see a large selection and options so they can keep you n the store and not walk over to the other carriers store.
