Question about
Why hasn't AT&T shipped my iPhone 4s?
I pre-ordered on the 7th and I'm still waiting. I find this extremely frustrating. I can walk into a store and buy the 4s, but I can't get the two that I pre-ordered shipped to me. This is absolutely ridiculous. /endrant

I read an article about this recently (www.bgr.com/2011/10/14/att-subscribers-complain-of...). It looks as though AT&T is just really buckling under the pressure of fulfilling all of these orders. Your best bet is to call customer service and try to track it down and get a definitive date. Their customer service is pretty good, and if you start telling them how displeased you are, they might through a couple of incentives your way, they have done similar things for me in the past.

Follow all the DRAMA on the ATT Forums. People are getting the BBB involved now.
I knew going into it on the 7th of Oct at Noon that I would have to wait 14-21 days so I wont start bitching until Oct 28th.
I could have gotten one yesterday at the store, but I didnt want a BLACK 64 GB iPhone 4S. So I have to wait. Good luck.
