Question about
Why do some songs have fancy artist art and some don't?
Sometimes I play a song and it has the artist picture in the background, but most of my songs don't have this. How is it populating this artwork?

Zune automatically pulls down these images and syncs them to your device. Notice when you go to an artist and look at their photos on the HD, they're the same as the ones in the background.
Just make sure your meta tags are accurate and most of the artists images will show up, unless you listen to a lot of obscure music.

I figured it out! The Find Album Info thing didn't quite do it - you have to go to Settings -> Software -> Metadata and Ratings -> Automatically retrieve and update album art and metadata....
