Which one should I go for? ONE V and INCREDIBLE S

Taking in to consideration the budget and specs, I have come down to these two. Should I go for the basic but latest ONE V or should I opt for the INCREDIBLE S?

U btr should go with One v...cuz i also got one....
incredible has outdated processor n Android 2.3
So go wid Htc one v or wait for Sony Xperia Sola...
