I like ReadItLater better. Mainly because it's free and supports everything I need, Firefox extension, Android app, and webOS apps.

i use read it later on my iPad and my Galaxy Nexus and it works well on all devices and syncing between all device including my PC.
As for Instapaper i was not aware they had an Android version. i believe they have some other products that support it but i was not aware of an actual Android App. i will have to go and look.

I'm sure it's pretty much like Read It Later, but the awesome feature that Spool has is that it can record videos and make it available offline.
