Which Android phone with ICS should I buy in Range of $700 ?

I dont wanna go with any samsung smartphone...
Can I buy Htc one v? or should i wait for any Sony Handsets with ICS?

If you are dead set against Samsung, I would go to HTC and the One V,X, or S as the next choice. They are beautiful phones and sense 4.0 has come a long way
