Where to order spare parts?
Does anybody know where to order spare parts for the eee pc 900. My gf got it for me on a woot-off. It came with no web camera. I opened it up and there is a little molex on the motherboard that says camera. Should be pretty easy if I can get the part! I might try a computer repair shop near me.
I have the same problem, i got my eee pc 900a and it had no web cam. i opened it up and also saw the port for the web cam on the motherboard. recently it was suggested i should go on ebay and buy a broken one and scrap it for parts. seems to be the easiest way to get the web cam for it, at least for now.

I'd check the BST forum over on eeeuser.com. There are usually a few folks parting out their Eees.

Yeah, I don't think the parts like that were ever sold separately to be used as an add-on, they're just missing depending on where you got the PC.
Although it's not like modding the little buggers are that hard so long as you can find the hardware.
