Generally, searching for "Xperia Play Optimized" in the Android Market works. I find the recommended list in the Games app in the Xperia Play very useful too.

Android Market mostly, otherwise direct from EA using Xperia Play Launcher or Gameloft. There are over 200 Xperia Play optimized games available.

I looked around for some game and I always come back to Snesoid and play some classic. It's great for the emulators.
