If you're referring to the Harmony database you would do the following:
First drop down: Cable/Satellite Box->Digital Set Top Box
Second Drop Down: Scientific Atlanta
Model: 8300HD
Even though the device may be branded as Cisco it used to be Scientific Atlanta before Cisco bought the company. Since the 8300HD is an older STB it's going to be in the database as Scientific Atlanta.
