When updating to iOS 5, I get this error, "This device isn't eligible for the requested build." Help?

So, pretty much, the title says it all. Can anyone help me with this?

Are you downloading the update through iTunes or did you manually download the IPSW file? If you manually download it, check to make sure you got the right version. Otherwise it might have to do with Apple's servers being hit so hard yesterday. Give it some time and try again, I guess...
