When can we expect ICS?
Not to disappoint but I wouldn't set your expectation level too high. Often it's very hard for manufactures to pinpoint a release since so much goes into an upgrade. This is why they will often say Q2 or Q3 since it gives them a lot of flexibility around a release date.
They got it up and running on the Xoom fairly quickly but that was a stock device. The Blur based devices may require more time. I'd say Q2 based on other manufacture reports of ICS releases.

It was supposed to come out on the 4th of April, but was postponed. We do have an ICS leak ROM if you are into these stuff.
