I had a Plantronics Voyager 520 which I got for $30 on Newegg but it, along with a few other things, were stolen out of my car a few weeks ago. It was comfortable, but the build quality was really cheap and audio quality was not great.
I replaced it with an LG HBM-235 for $20 on Newegg, which had much better build quality, but was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and, according to my girlfriend when I talked to her, sounded "like you're 2000 miles away" from the mic.
I'm debating getting the 520 again but wanted to see if anyone had any other recommendations. I don't use it that often so I don't want to spend too much money but it seems like there's got to be some out there that are good quality and inexpensive. Any recommendations?
Edit: I'm also potentially interested in Bluetooth headphones as long as they also can take calls and have good voice quality. I'd be willing to pay more if I could also use them for listening to music at the gym. The MOTOROKR S305 looks like it might fit my bill nicely based on Newegg reviews...

Here is an article by PC Mag from last year that may be a bit outdated, but should give you some information to get started with:

I also happen to really like the Jawbone Jambox wireless speaker. Jawbone is primarily a Bluetooth headset company, and several of their discontinued devices can be found for under $50. If the build quality of the Jambox is any indication, these should be well put together. Here is a link to an amazon page with some of these older models:

Good luck!

I'm using the Motorola S305 myself. Music's ok and call quality is acceptable. It may get a bit uncomfortable on your ears especially if you wear glasses: they will fight for space between your head and your earlobes.
