I've got to imagine it's going to have hexacore Sandy Bridge processors for starters. - assuming it comes out soon. If it comes out next year they might even feature Ivy Bridge chips. It will definitely have Thunderbolt ports - probably four.
I also wouldn't be surprised it if had the OS installed on an SSD and then gave normal HD choices for everything else - just to improve speed. I assume they will also bump up the graphics cards as well.

It might not have the new intel 2011 chipset.. usually Apple waits for a few months before they use a new platform for their computer.
I will guess, Ivy Bridge will definitely be there..
