Question about
What phone OS provides the best exchange email support? I'm specifically looking to be able to flag messages for follow-up.
I have a blackberry now, but on BIS, syncing of these flags isn't supported (unless I'm mistaken).

Windows mobile 6.5 had the best exchange email support. some of these features was removed with Windows Phone 7 (mainly support for some exchange 2003 functions).
Windows Phone 7 has the nicest looking Mail support and works really well with Exchange 2010.
iPhone has the next best implementation but there seems to a lot of sync issues with appointments missing etc.
Android has good sync support but no remote wipe feature unless you use a third party email app. it is the best at syncing multiple accounts syncing it has not created any duplicate contacts in any of my accounts.
