For those that are 3DS Ambassadors, who purchased the 3DS before the $169.99 price drop, these are the NES games that were made available today:
The Legend of Zelda
Metroid
Super Mario Bros.
Yoshi
Wrecking Crew
NES Open Tournament Golf
Donkey Kong Jr.
Balloon Fight
Ice Climber
Zelda II: The Adventure of Link

These are the following games that will made available before the end of this year:
Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3
Mario Kart: Super Circuit
Metroid Fusion
WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$
Mario vs. Donkey Kong.
and a few others, these will only be available for 3DS ambassadors, which is a travesty. The games (including the NES ones) are also purported supposed to be updated with multiplayer support.
If I had a 3DS, I'd be happy with Metroid Fusion.
