Personally i don't think works well on small devices like phone, tablets and Nintendo 3Ds. It still seems more like a gimmick to me than an actual feature of use.

now I'm sure eventually some one will figure out a way to really take advantage of the 3D and when they do we will wonder how we got along with out it. but till then i really don't see the need for it.
then think of the other drawbacks on top of that like poor viewing angles, and bad battery life for example. Plus there will be one more device that would require custom content just for it and a custom UI. how long would it take Samsung to release the latest version of the OS if they now had to modify their custom UI for 3D also?

My thoughts would be highly unlikely.

Thank you for the enlightening input. Rumours are there could be 3D on the Galaxy S III, and personally I am against, I want to see what everyone else thinks about it.

I don't see it happening for the entire range of GS3 devices. I can see maybe a one off model for a specific carrier, but not for the whole family of GS3. Having used the 3D phones that have come out this year I can say that the experience isn't for everyone, and until it is improved greatly I don't see it being a mass market product.

3D capability can only ever be good when there's plenty of 3D content, and there isn't much right now. That may change in the next few years, but right now it's a nearly useless feature with several drawbacks.

I'm against it as it would be just a barrier for custom roms.
