What is the resolution of these new Sony Xperia smartphones?

I just saw the Sony Mobile Communications Press Conference at MWC and they announced these new catalog of smartphones but i didn't get the pixel density of their new called Reality Display... so, do they really have raised the bar in screen quality for smartphones?

The display on the Xperia U is 480x854. The Xperia S and Xperia ion both have a 720x1280 screen, while the Xperia P has a 540x960 screen.

All of this data can be found on the gdgt spec pages for these products!
