I was just wondering what the difference was between Memory and RAM? I am probably stupid asking this.

- Ram is temporary memory,where it is used to store things for a quick access because ram is more faster than ur hard disk,but whatever u store in hard disk is permanent untill u delete it whereas ram is volatile that is the information it holds is temporary like whenever power goes off the information that was present in the ram would have been washed out.
