I like the screen protectors from Incipio the best. They're pretty easy to put on, aren't too susceptible to bubbles, and offer a few different types (anti-glare is pretty nice). A little on the pricey side, but most Incipio cases actually come with a screen protector as well:

I have the iFrogz Anti-glare screen protector for my iPhone 4 and I love it. It keeps the glass from being too reflective without really dulling the display. It has gotten a few scuffs on it, but it does a great job and lasts a while.

I don't have the iPhone 4 but I do have the 3g which still has a glass screen... I've been using the zagg invisibleSHIELD for over a year now and it's kept my screen scratch free and it's still sticking like a champ. www.zagg.com­/invisibleshield­/apple­-iphone­-4­-cases­-...
