what is the best dslr for shooting continuous 1080p video at 24 fps under $1000?

The canon t3i can shoot 11 min continuous and the Nikon d5100 can do 20 min. More or less based upon quality settings, fps, etc. Many dslrs are constrained by max file size limits.
