I agree with Veronica on the Revision3 channel. Also try Crackle for free movies and tv shows. It is ad-supported. I also recommend the TWiT channel for all of Leo Laporte's shows. There used to be an unofficial youtube channel, but that was just taken down and I believe Roku is working on building an official channel.

Don't forget that MLB is supported as well as NHL and NBA if you happen to be a sports fan. Also, simple but useful, Pandora!
