Question about
What is a good printer with inexpensive ink?
I'm looking to buy a printer for a non profit theater company. Right now they are using an HP color Laserjet CM2320nf, which takes $125 per cartridge. we do fairly minimal printing from it. Is this a good solution, or would an ink based unit work better?

Keep in mind that if you already have a printer and there isn't a lot of printing happening, it may be worth it just to keep the current printer.
If you must buy a new one, there are other issues to consider. For one, inexpensive ink doesn't exist. Your best bet would be to get an HP or Epson printer that takes standard cartridges and then buy the generic brand from OfficeMax, Staples, etc. With fairly minimal printing, though, the cartridges should last you a long time. There are also places that will refill your cartridges which is usually cheaper than buying new ones.
