Right now? The Tab 10.1 because it's available for purchase. In the end though, they are very similar devices - both very thin. The AT200 will launch with Honeycomb 3.2, while the Tab is still running 3.1, but Ice Cream Sandwich is right around the corner. In the end, like most Android tablets, it's going to come down to your specific preference after you try them both out. People say the AT200 is thicker at the sides and thinner in the middle whereas the Tab 10.1 is the same all the way around - you'll just have to test them and find out for yourself.

If I was in the market for an Android tablet right now, I wouldn't hesitate to get the Tab 10.1 - in the end, if you wait for the latest and greatest, you'll always be waiting. The difference between the AT200 and the Tab isn't enough to wait for in my opinion.

Good luck!

The AT200 should be better when it is released. It has more standard ports and has expandable storage via MicroSD. The AT200 is also a stock Android device, which gives it a big advantage in my mind. It should get updates faster than the Tab 10.1. The hardware is also more of my taste since it is matte metal and also a millimeter thinner than the Tab.
