What do you do when your KIN2 wont turn on and it keep going from the Verison Wireles to 'UPDATING MODEM do not remove battery during update"

But it take over 4Hours?? And what happens if you DO remove the battery??

I would take your phone to the Verizon Wireless store and show them what's happening. I don't recommend pulling the battery as it might mess up your phone if it's in fact in the middle of an update.
