Question about
What did everyone think of the LG Revolution?
I found LG very mediocre. It felt... odd, I heard people talk about the g2x being buggy and I found many of these bugs seemed to transfer over to the Revolution. Anyone have this and experiencing this?
It was a decent phone but like most of its counterparts, there was nothing to write home about.

I just flashed mine to a custom ROM From the folks at XDA Developers: forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1177
There was work going on to get CM7 running on it, but a lack of source code has really slowed progress.
What I love about it is the large screen, the front facing camera, and unlocked bootloader. This allows you to load ROMS with ease.
The original software with Android 2.2 was very buggy. Gingerbread fixed many of these issues, but it was still filled with Verizon bloatware. The GingerVolt ROM that I have installed now removed all of the bloat, and added several tweaks to speed up the system. It was pretty painless to root, and install, even for a novice like me.
