Question about
What are your favorite Web, Graphic, and UI Design tools?
I use Photoshop to design.
I Get inspiration from dribbble.com/ and a variety of other sites via Google search. subtlepatterns.com/ has some great patterns to inspire. I also occasionally browse www.woothemes.com/ and themeforest.net/ for inspiration.
Awesome Screenshot awesomescreenshot.com/ to save web pages and annotate.
I use Coda to code my HTML and CSS. I currently have no set system for testing browsers. I usually just run XP on VirtualBox with multiple versions of IE installed utilu.com/IECollection/ -- but the rendering seems unreliable...
I use bxSlider for jQuery slideshows.
Loremify dashboard widget for filler text.

www.alistapart.com/
www.woorank.com/

So many good tools the team and I use during the design process, but I'll drop a few of my day to day favorites here (besides the obvious stuff like Photoshop, Illustrator, Pixelmator, etc.) that are most relevant to the web/graphic/UI/design aspects (but not necessarily the development process as a whole):
Love Loremify. Also check out Symbol Caddy for Dashboard: doubleforte.net/widgets/symbol-caddy/
Really like Colors by Matt Patenaude: mattpatenaude.com/
PixelStick is great for measurements (although I feel like there should be other, potentially better tools for this by now): www.plumamazing.com/mac/pixelstick
ImageOptim is a must-have for running against your images once outputted: imageoptim.pornel.net/ (be sure to get the pngout binary separately!)
Screenflow is the best I've seen for recording demos of your finished work: www.telestream.net/screen-flow/overview.htm

Well, I may be a little unorthodox, but I like:
Adobe's Kuler webiste can be helpful for color matching/palettes: kuler.adobe.com/
I use Lipsum to get filler text: lipsum.com/
I use Photoshop CS5 to design.
I use SharePoint designer 2007 (free) to edit HTML: www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?display...
For training, Lynda can be helpful: www.lynda.com/
I have found PhotoshopUser (magazine and website) to be useful, but it's a little costly: www.photoshopuser.com/
I use the AIGA design archives for inspiration on occassion: designarchives.aiga.org/#/home
iStockPhoto is OK for low cost stock imagery and design components: www.istockphoto.com/
For Image carousels: www.catchmyfame.com/2009/12/30/huge-updates-to-jqu...
For other web page components: www.flabell.com/
Hmm... I'm sure there's more but that's all that comes to mind right now.
Edited to add more links.

I generally use joe, a command-line text editor (which has syntax highlighting) to write HTML and CSS and a combination of PaintShop Pro 9, CorelDRAW! 11 (running in Parallels) and Pixelmator for graphics.

For website design, there really is no better tool that Panic's Coda.
Panic's website describes it best by saying that Coda is a ... "text editor + file transfer + svn + css + terminal + books + more = whoah."
More information:
