What are the precise differences between the 64GB version of this and the Developer device given out at BUILD last year?

The device handed out at the BUILD conference has a set of sensors that are not in the retail product. NFC, gyroscope, etc.. also the BUILD device has a different base firmware (booting through UEFI natively rather than a standard MBR/BIOS boot process).
