Motorola S305. I was skeptical about wireless headphones, but these ones are great. Pretty cheap on amazon too. Also has a microphone and control buttons.

I just got a Nokia BH-905i. Its $200 on Amazon, but I would say its worth the price. The noise cancelling is great for travel and the quality is fantastic.
On the cheap end, I had the Plantronics Backbeat 903. Very comfortable for working out. I got mine for $40

I have had some Motorola Bluetooth headphones and I use them with my iphone and find they work well but sometimes they don't get much distance when there is interference around.
