The official Twitter app for iPhone supports 2 or more accounts. Tweetbot is another app that's good as well.

Tweetbot for the win. So much better than the official one IMO.

Another vote for Tweetbot that supports TweetMarker as well and this is an awesome feature if your other Twitter client support it (Twitterific for OSX supports it).

Pupator

A second vote for hoot suite. It also allows scheduled tweets.

Can you get Tweetcaster on the iPhone? Thats what I have been using on my Droid and it supports multiple accounts.

I'm a Tweetdeck fan, because you can swipe left/right to go to different accounts plus you can setup what newsfeeds you can have (@replies from one account but DMs only from a different account, etc.)

Echofon is good, I like it better than the official twitter app :)

Hootsuite is alright but they lock lots of features away with a "pro" version.

Twitter official app does it. Actually most apps do it like Twitterific, Twitellator, Echofon etc...
