What are all the TV Everywhere apps? Help me build a comprehensive list!

I couldn't find a list of which networks have TV Everywhere-compatible apps, so I thought we could try and build a list here on gdgt. These are apps -- mainly for Android and iOS so far -- that let you access live and archive programming if you have a cable subscription.

The ones I can think of off the top of my head are:
  • HBO Go
  • CNN
  • ESPN
  • TBS
  • TNT
Post your additions below and I'll add them to the list here. Thanks!

Does Netflix count? It's great for catching up on past episodes of TV shows, when available.

Last time I looked at the TNT application, it was clips ONLY. NO Episodes, NO Live TV. Has this changed?

Some of the networks do podcasts. Its usually up to the individual shows and from what I've seen its always just the most resent episode i the RSS feed. Never a full back catalog.

E.g.:
www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8132577/t/get-podcasts-nbc-ne...

This leaves a lot to be desired.

There is an app for the iPad with DISH Network for live streaming that includes all the channels you subscribe to. I work for DISH Network and I have been streaming live TV straight to my iPad for quite some time now. Yeah, other cable and satellite providers are just a little behind in the times. I do this using Sling technology. Anything I can watch at home I can watch anywhere I have a broadband connection using my Sling Adapter and my iPad. Did I mention I could stream outside my home? Sling also works on smart phones and computers too.

Tips for giving the best answers

Sometimes it's just little details that separates a great and not so great answer! Here are a few simple tips to keep in mind:

1
Be complete and thorough. Don't skimp on the details!
2
Try not to answer with a question. Because that's not really an answer, right?
3
A little research goes a long way. Back up your claims and assumptions!
4
Try to be patient, tech questions can be complicated.
5
You are awesome for both reading this and answering questions.
