Some apps just output a 1:1 image, while others, such as The Incident fills up the whole screen and let's you use the iPhone as a controller. Air video lets you select aspect ratio and overscan options, but is limited in that the iPad screen must remain on in order for it operate.
Does anyone know of other apps that has interesting airplay mirroring functionality to test out this exciting new feature?

Real Racing 2 has some cool stuff, it'll do the game in full screen with track data on the device and for local multiplayer it'll do split screen.

Not sure if out yet, but check out MetalStorm Wingman. Action on the TV screen, and HUD on the iDevice itself.
