What apps don't work for you in Ice Cream Sandwich?
- Facebook is totally borked for me. Every time I try to set up a sync account, it boots me back to the original settings screen.
- None of my NFC apps work (NFC Task Launcher, NFC TagInfo) because of a bug that prevents the Nexus from reading non-formatted NFC tags.
- Had a small graphical issue with FruitNinja when I first loaded it.
- Path has some graphical and connectivity issues - I don't know if these are just weaknesses of the app. It also won't let me upload photos that are synced with Picasa.
Edit: New Facebook app update still doesn't fix my Facebook problems.

Swype doesn't support this "screen size" which is really bumming me but I would love to see it updated.
Twitter works but there are no ICS widgets that let you make them a full home screen

I actually have a similar issue with the Music app - playback of high quality MP3s skips when the screen is off. I assume because of the same issue. Very annoying =(

Also there was a display error on one of the music apps (sorry can't remember it's name) but I just uninstalled and found a different one.
