What app would you use to automatically mirror two external hard drives on a Mac?

I'm on a MacBook Pro (Snow Leopard) and have two My Book 2TB drives that I want to keep mirrored with no hassles. Any suggestions?

Definitely Carbon Copy Cloner with the "Incremental backup of selected items" option selected unless you are comfortable using the terminal and the rsync command.
