Question about

wearing down the space bar on the MacBook

Has anyone else noticed that these matte black keys on the MacBook Pro's show which thumb you prefer to use for entering a a space. I'd never really thought about it but apparently I ONLY use my right thumb.

Which side of your MacBook Pro's spacebar all shiny and polished?

I don't have the newer MacBook Pro, but on my Original MacBook Pro and 2 previous Powerbooks, I've evidently made many New documents and Saved them quite vehemently, as all of my N and S keys have been completely rubbed off.

I guess, i used my left thumb most on the space bar.
I'm using a corded keyboard on a Mac Mini (full disclosure) for whatever that's worth.

I have a rather wide swath of almost two inches right in the middle of my spacebar so I'm assuming I am using both thumbs fairly equally.
