Voice commands

Voice commands stopped working on my 5800 / firmware v31.0.008
- The settings -> phone -> voice commands shows an exclamation mark and is not accessible;
- Pressing the GREEN button for a longer time gives no response;
- Same for the phone button of the headset;
- Soft and hard resets do not provide a solution.
Anyone having the same problem? Or even better having a solution?

Solved by
- creating a back-up
- perform a hard reset
- restore the backup but except the system settings
mark as good answer
