Viable replacement for the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elite?

I also have the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000, but it's keys are mushy and require an inordinate amount of pressure. I make tons of mistakes when I use it, so I decided to go back to the trusty Elite. Surely there must be some modern, non-white, replacement that doesn't require a PS/2 to USB adapter. Anybody?

I love my Logitech Wave. It's super comfortable to type on and the keys respond well. I came from using Microsoft ergonmic keyboards, and the Wave has been an amazing replacement. www.logitech.com/en-us/keyboards/keyboard-mice-com...

I could not find a better Keyboard than the MS 4000, that was not exorbitantly expensive. I just continue to by a new 4000 every year, this way the keys never get overly mushy. I with someone made a mechanical switch, ergo keyboard for under $150.

I'm a graduate student in computer science, and I know many people who use the Kinesis Advantage. It is pricy at $300, but seems to be well liked. www.kinesis-ergo.com/advantage.htm
