Question about
Use Galaxy SII with Tab 7.7 or replace both with single device: Galaxy Note
Hi All!
At the moment, I have a Galaxy SII. I recently sold my iPad with the intention of buying a Galaxy Tab 7.7.
for the simple reason, to have a single platform instead of 2 different ones. (and no way i want an iPhone).
But now that I'm at this junction, I'm also considering selling off my GS2, and getting a note instead of both the tablet and my phone.
I'm aware of both const and pros of either setup, but I thought it'd be nice to throw this in the group and hear what others think of this. What's your opinion which would be best, and why?
Thanks!

hi buddy
what i think is NOTE can't replace both GS2 and TAB 7.7 because the screen of the NOTE is just 5.3 whereas the TAB is 7.7.so the NOTE is too big for a smartphone and too small for a tablet, and it doesn't fit in ur pocket so easily.like what i think is u just go with a GS2 and watch out for a higher end version which suits ur budget.
what TAB can perform is more than the NOTE what it is performing.i think u go for a phone which has a ICS(ice cream sandwich) OS rather than lower version, which (ICS) is new in the market with the same price of NOTE,so u get higher end OS with the same price what ur expecting with NOTE.
MY SUGGESTION IS WATCH OUT FOR BETTER PHONE WITH LATEST HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE VERSION BECAUSE UR SPENDING HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY JUST TO BUY A PHONE SO THINK TWICE BEFORE U BUYING.

I would like to have 2 different devices as the Note is just too big for me to hold comfortably in one hand. The specs of the tab 7.7 is also just so tempting that it seems like its worth the wait and have 2 different devices. Just my opinion. :)

Thanks, I'm still doubting though, as the idea of having to maintain just a single device is very appealing to me.... thoughts of anyone else?

why do you need both the Galaxy S11 and the 7.7?
I thought the 7.7 was also a phone.
I'm waiting for the 7.7 to come to Canada so I can ditch my Nexus S and just have the 7.7
(hopefully it will have IC by then)
Then I'll think about getting the Asus Prime with the keyboard as my home tablet.
Am I missing something here? :)
