Uneven L+R

I'm having a problem with my HD 595s where the left channel sounds louder than the right, regardless of the source. I've already opened them up and reseated the cable which seems to have helped for the most part, but the issue still somewhat remains. And yes, I've tried wearing them reversed and have had a couple other people check the balance too, so I'm nearly certain that it isn't my hearing. :) Is there anything else I should do/check before I send them away for out-of-warranty repair (at least $60)?

I've had this annoying problem with my Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 set, I've found it's an issue with the cable -> speaker terminal. Your best bet is probably replacement.

I think you've exhausted the options unless you want to recable them yourself.
