I downloaded the newly available European map update for my Go 720 and now it will not start up. It is stuck in a continuous loop showing the start-up splash screen and then restarting. I have tried resetting it using the recessed button and a paperclip but it's staying the same.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? To my shame, I failed to create a backup and I can't find a function on TomTom Home on my PC that will help me reset the device. The good news (I hope) is that it does connect to the PC and TomTom Home so it's not totally dead.
Help anyone??

look there to find the se navcores and follow those instructions. it wont be a "real" tomtom after installing all that but on the other hand it will look a lot more like the new ones.
