I'm going to have to go with the Logitech headphones. I have the cousin of the ones you mentioned, the G930s (www.logitech.com/en-us/gaming/headsets/devices/724...), and I really, really love them. Superior sound quality (surround sound is a great touch) and they are very comfortable and the buttons are easy to use.
The G35 are pretty much the same, but wired. So I cast my vote for the Logitechs.
