If your Wii is still covered under its one year warranty, you can call Nintendo (the US toll-free number is 1-800-255-3700) and they'll repair it for you for free. If it's out of warranty, you can still contact them but you'll have to pay for the repair (I think it's $75). If you do send it in, remember to take any discs out and include a note in the box explaining the issue!

Unless it's still under warranty, buy a new one. The motherboard on a Wii isn't the most replaceable part in the world, so it'll cost about the same as buying a new one.
On the other hand, a lot of people don't use theirs anymore, so you could probably buy one cheap off a friend/Kijiji
