Question about
Texting freeze
Anyone had this device simply stop sending texts? Between me & my wife it's happened 3 times, and takes a master device reset (factory defaults) to fix. Only saving grace is the great backup tools and USB cord that came with the device, so it isn't too bad to restore.
this has happened to me a couple of times now. another time it only stopped sending media messages.

I have only had it happen once and that was when a family member upgraded their phone and AT&T decided we didn't need texting or internet anymore. Once they reset us I was able to send again. So, no problem with the phone just that wonderful company we deal with day to day.

I have found that upgrading the software on the phone helped some strange issues the phone was having.
