For some reason, my phone has decided to automatically add extra characters when I type certain ones (for example if I type $, it puts $10, or if I type #, it puts #7333).
Anyone else have problems like this?

I haven't had any problems like that. Try recalibrating your display. Also upgrade to the newest firmware if you haven't already. Beyond that, you can check the LG Dare forum and see if anyone else has had that problem.

Mine does the same thing. It's like I've typed that combination of letters at one time and it saves it for some reason. So if I type that first letter again it assumes that I want to type the rest of the letters. I haven't figured out how to turn that off yet. Let me know if you figure it out.

When I type a hashtag (#) it automatically puts a 2 after that. That's the only thing weird I've noticed.
