Question about
So my wife and I just bought 3GS's on May 25th. So I know there is a 30day return period for a restocking fee.
Can I just return these and pickup the iPhone 4 or will it get more complicated than that as in canceling numbers and getting new numbers? I got mine at Radio Shack and she got hers at Walmart. How about availability? Will I be able to walk in to the store and get one or do I need to pre-order somehow?
I'm pretty sure there isn't a way to do this without canceling. However, your best bet is to contact AT&T directly...

You could probably return them, get crappy phones for a couple weeks and then just get the new iPhone on the 24th.

I think the easiest might just pre-ordering the new one as a new line then returning and canceling my line.
