So I'd like to get a zoom lens for this camera for an affordable price.

I'm not trying to get something so that I can see the craters on the moon, but I'd like get a little zoom action so I can snap some wildlife pictures. What do you think would be a good option? I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks!

First option is the 55-250 from Canon is a very good value but a little short (not enough zoom) if you are going to get serious about wildlife amazon.com­/gp­/product­/B0011NVMO8

Next option is the 70-300 amazon.com­/gp­/product­/B0007Y794O Cost is almost double but it is a higher quality lens and will get you just a bit closer.
