This really depends on your uses. I would say no, probably.

If you had an iPhone 3GS I would say 'go for it' but I don't think it's worth it from an iPhone 4.

I am not upgrading my iPhone 4. It appears that all of the iOS 5 features work fine on the iPhone 4. I rather save my upgrade discount for the iPhone 5!
