Should I move from WP7 to Android?
If you want to have a media centric phone or are invested heavily in Microsoft's services, I'd stick with WP7 especially with Mango coming out. With the Mango update, WP7 can finally compete with Android or iOS feature wise. Also, if you like consistency in aesthetics and performance, I'd stick around with WP7 as well.
On the other hand, if you're a heavy user of Google's services, I highly recommend moving over to Android. The Gmail and Maps integration into Android is so useful. If you want more app selection, I'd move on over too but I must warn you that you're not going to get the same consistent UI across Android apps...even with Google's own apps.
In the end, it's really up to your personality and what you'll be using your phone for.

the thing that i really like about the android phone is that i can be tweaking and changing different aspects of it from notifications, lock screen, browsers, MMS client just about anything on the phone is up for grabs in regards to customization.
I don;t know much about all the features that mango is going to have but i would wait for it to roll to your device before jumping to another.
- one its a free update i think
- there is always going to be a newer and better android phone right around the corner so waiting a month or two only benefits you as it will give you a new toy or drive the cost down on the one you do like.
- Ice Cream sandwich is said to be right around the corner.
