I see an article from Magican Official site said that many Mac users monitor for Mac info every day?
Should I choose a system monitor check system info?

I use iStat Menus. It's a service that runs in your task bar. It tells you your core temp, CPU load, RAM Load, bandwidth, etc. it's $16 but worth it.

You can use use iStat Pro which runs on your dashboard, It's free
