It's true that when you boil down most smartphones to their core features, the devices are mostly interchangeable. The only real difference is in emphasis. BlackBerry emphasizes messaging, so handles e-mail, instant messaging, and social networks especially well. The camera's okay, and the browser's a bit better, but those are hardly the Torch's strong points.
